Due to limited stock , Items inquiry in mid , stored or check up in the cart, does not guarantee a secure product inventory as there are times when the product is taken from the store or being taken out at same time of purchase , if payment is done , our sales-team will send an email and provide a full refund**not applicable for A(02) & C(2).

B : SELLER RESPONSIBLE 

 

1. Seller to check all products are well protected with bubble wrapped/protection layer or box ( if required ) and that all products are in good condition before mailing and/or hand over to Buyer. Seller however shall not be liable ( whether in contract , tort or otherwise ) for any damages or whatsoever during mid of mailing and/or after meetup.

2. Seller shall make reasonable effort to respond all email / posting services within 03 working days.(Public holiday / weekend not included ) Seller however shall not be liable ( whether in contract , tort or otherwise ) for any delay of respond or mailing.

3. Seller reserve the rights to stop any deal or purchase is deemed unacceptable behavior or request. All payment will be refund unless otherwise stated. Not applicable for A(02)

C : BUYER RESPONSIBLE

3. Buyer whom consistently delaying , changing and/or cancelling of payment , orders and/or meet up , Mikka Honeypot has the right in its sole and absolute discretion and without notice to ban and/or cancel order immediately in stated according B(03).

1. Seller do Pre-Order for  Disney / Animation / Video game products from Japan and Singapore .** 

2. Buyer to pay 50% deposit for Pre-Order item . Please Contact us for more detail

3. All deposit is non-refundable and/or to use for any exchange of other products.

4. Seller shall make reasonable effort to respond in format of email/call/sms** within 3 working days  of the product arrival. Seller however shall not be liable ( whether in contract , tort or otherwise ) for any delay of respond.

5. Buyer to acknowledge that incomplete or erroneous information provided by buyer may cause delay or break down communication, Buyer are advice to cross check all respond email address/ contact is correct. Any delay of respond in causes losses stated in D(6) will not be liable to seller.Deposit will not be refund.

6. Seller reserve the right to dispose or sell  the item in any manner seller deem fit without being liable to buyer, if Seller received no respond from the buyer  within fifteen (15) days of the arrival of the Pre-order item upon the seller email/calls/sms or any format of replies and respond towards buyer to inform of arrival item.

7. Seller reserve the right to claim against / dispose or sell the item in any manner seller deem fit without being liable to buyer , if buyer reject or refuse to accept the item on whatsoever reasons . Deposit will be forfeited. 

8. Seller reserve the right to claim against / dispose or sell the item in any manner seller deem fit without being liable to buyer , if buyer refuse or reject to pay the remaining payment. Deposit will be forfeited. 

9. All pre-order are subject to availability. Seller hold no responsible or be liable ( whether in contract , tort or otherwise ) for the item is not obtain and/or in order.

10. Seller will pay back full amount deposit to buyer only if the pre-order is UNSUCCESSFULL or SELECTED ITEM SOLD OUT. Buyer cannot claim against Seller.

 

E : MEMBERSHIP / USE OF WEBSITE  

 

1. You agree that your Account is for your sole, personal use. You hereby agree not to share with or permit others to use your Account or Password or assign and/or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity.

• to verify and process your personal particulars and payments in relation to the provision of the Services;

F : MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION / PROMOTION / GIFT CARDS 

 

1. Only 01 (one) type of coupon can be used in each purchase. 

2. All gifts and promotions are subjected to non-discounted products only unless stated.

3. Mikka Honeypot Store Gift Cards are issued and managed by Mikka Honeypot and can be applied only to purchases at Mikka Honeypot Online Store only.

4. Neither the issuer nor Mikka Honeypot is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission.

5. Additional payment may be required if the purchase price of your product exceeds the value of the gift card.

6. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and some items may not be available for purchase. 

7. All gifts are subjected to first come first served. 

8. Seller shall reserved all rights to terminate the promotion without notice.

G : GIFTS WRAPPING AND OTHER SERVICES

1. Free Gift wrapping services are only available based on requested only. 

2. There are situation where gift wrapping are unable to perform . small Gift tag will be provided in this case. 

3. Seller reserve all rights to change the gift wrapping design in meet of the product condition* ( Eg : Size / Shape ).

4. Seller reserve all rights to replace the gift wrapping ribbon / paper and design with another of equivalent value depending on availability.

 

H : PAYMENT - CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL USER

1. Self - Collection is available in Singapore Only.

2. All Payment must be made in FULL in request for meet up.

3. Any request for cancellation on meet up must be done at least (01) ONE working day before the confirmation day.  

4. ALL Self Collection will required at least  01 ( ONE ) working day arrangement & confirmation .

5. URGENT request or demand will not be entertained. 

6. Self - Collection at Tampines hub will be free for purchase SGD$30.00 and above 

7. Transportation charge of SGD$10.00  ( weekdays ) / $15.00 ( Weekend ) will be charge , unless otherwise stated.

8. Self-Collection is ONLY available at seller's schedule. Please Kindly Contact us for more information. 

9. NO meet up if no confirmation is done on both seller and buyer

10. Seller reserve all rights to stop meet up immediately if buyer have no respond / unable to be contact within 02 hours from actual time

11. Buyer to provide all contact details before meet up.

12. Buyer whom fail to respond and/or attend meet up on appointment day and time will be deemed as cancellation of purchase by buyer.  Transportation fee and all payment order will not be refund. 

13. Any request of re-schedule for self collection must be done at least (01) ONE working day before the confirmation time

14. An administrative fee of SGD$5.00 will be chargeable for any re-schedule request. 

15. Seller reserve  the right to review, amend or remove the list of self-collection point before confirmation of meet up 

16. Seller reserve the right to stop and/or attend the meet up if any unacceptable request / behavior or whatsoever.

17. Seller reserve all rights to stop and/or attend the meet up immediately without waiting or further notice buyer have no respond on the actual day of meet up at given period of time. 

18. Seller reserve all rights to stop meet up if buyer is late for more than 10 minutes on the meet up schedule and deemed as cancellation stated in J(11). 

19. Buyer to check all item and make sure it is in correct order and good condition. Once handover , Seller will not be responsible in any missing and/or damage item or whatsoever.

 

K : POSTAGE AND MAILING SERVICES

 

1. Buyer to pay all postage / surcharges / taxes and whatsoever charges as according to Singapore and/or destinated countries.

2. Seller will NOT be responsible for any lost or damage mail.

3. Buyer are advice to cross check all mailing address is correct.

4. Buyer to acknowledge that incomplete or erroneous information provided by buyer may be result in loss or delay in delivery. Seller shall not be liable as stated in K(02).

5. Buyer are advice to select register post for tracking number.

6. According to new Policy in United States and Singapore. Parcel tracking number will not be able to trace or receive the latest update from Singapore Post office record in Singapore .Once the parcel has reach united states. Please kindly contact the local nearby destination post office for more information if the parcel is not reached within 2 weeks**.  **approximated time period  

7. All Post will be send by a confirmation email once completed.

8. Photo/Video proof of delivery item will only be send by Email upon request , if post slip or photo of parcel is required, please kindly send us an email request within 2 weeks (14 days ) from the date of purchase. All record will be removed upon dateline after purchase. Any lose or damage parcel will be as stated on K(02) 

9. Buyer to make sure the postage fee is FULLY cleared. Seller reserve all rights to detain or stop the posting and mailing services if the payment is not completed or cleared.  

10. All item weight indicated in description is mainly reference purposes , it is not included the packing weight.

11. Seller shall make reasonable effort to post the item within the stipulated time frame indicated on the website upon check-out of item. Seller shall however not be liable (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any delay in effecting delivery for whatever reasons

2. Buyer to acknowledge that all dutiable items imported to the destination country are subject to customs duty and/or excise duty in accordance with the prevailing local customs duties.

3. It is buyer  responsibility to inquiry into and comply with import and export regulations of the origin and destination country.

4. Buyer acknowledge that in any applicable for re-direction or return of the item to seller if the item is deemed unacceptable for import to the destination country or whatsoever , Buyer will be notified and that all additional charges shall be payable by buyer. No refund will be provided. 

5. In any cases , buyer refused or fail to obtain/collect the item , Seller however shall not be liable in any losses , damage or whatsoever.

6. In any cases , buyer have choose to return the goods/items for exchange whatsoever , all charges such as transportation / postage / administrative fee**  are payable by buyer.

7. In any cases , item have been dispose / fail to reach due to any situation  or whatsoever reasons , no refund or replacement will be provided. 

8. There may be circumstances where postage fee may increase due to oversize parcel. Buyer will charge according under term and condition at H(02).
